VIPER100ASP-E [STMicroelectronics]

A high-voltage power supply IC integrating a PWM controller and a 700V/3A Vertical Power MOSFET. It features adjustable switching frequency up to 200 kHz, current mode control, soft start and shutdown, automatic burst mode for stand-by, internal trimmed zener reference, undervoltage lock-out with hysteresis, integrated start-up supply, over-temperature protection, low stand-by current, and adjustable current limitation. Designed for offline power supplies with secondary power capability of 50W in wide range and 100W in single range or doubler configuration, using fewer components than discrete solutions.
