VN02H(011Y) [STMicroelectronics]

VN02H(011Y) Overview

Tube is the way it's packaged.Package Pentawatt-5 (Horizontal, Bent and Staggered Leads) contains it.The lighting driver has the mounting type Through Hole.It owns the General Purpose switch type.Keeping the temperature at -40°C~150°C TJ ensures reliable operation. The LED driver has 1 outputs.Operation is based on Not Required supply voltage.Voltage output is N-Channel volts at maximum.Features of the lighting driver are Status Flag. The VN02 family contains this object. It has a total of 5 terminations. For operation, we use the 5 pins.It has 1 functions.Maximum output current falls to 6A when operation criteria are met.Supply voltages of 13V allow for high efficiency. It is mounted in the way of Through Hole.In total, it has 5 pins.800mOhm is the resistance of the lighting driver. When this case is used, the output current is set to 6A.Self-contained LED driver with Peripheral Drivers capacity in an econtainer. In order to optimize the efficiency of the supply voltage, it should be set to 36V.Voltage input is limited to 36V volts.Input voltage must be at least 5V volts. For its operation, a current of 20mA is required.
