ADC0820CCN/PB [Texas Instruments]

The ADC0820-N is an 8-bit high-speed A/D converter with built-in track-and-hold function. It uses a half-flash conversion technique consisting of 32 comparators, a most significant 4-bit ADC and a least significant 4-bit ADC. The input is tracked and held by the input sampling circuitry, eliminating the need for an external sample-and-hold for signals moving at less than 100mV/µs. It operates from a single 5V supply and interfaces easily with microprocessors, appearing as a memory location or I/O port without external logic. It features no missing codes, no external clocking, and no zero or full-scale adjust required.
