The ADC10030 is a 10-bit, 30 MSPS A/D converter with internal sample-and-hold. It operates from a single +5V supply and features low power standby mode, no missing codes, TRI-STATE outputs, and TTL/CMOS or 3V logic input/output compatibility. The device achieves 9.1 effective bits with a 15 MHz input signal and 30 MHz clock frequency. It includes reference force and sense pins for external reference buffer connection. The unique two-stage architecture ensures optimal accuracy. Power consumption can be reduced to less than 4 mW in standby mode. The ADC10030 comes in a space-saving 32-pin LQFP package and operates over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
