AMC1303EVM [Texas Instruments]

The EVM supports configurable AVDD and DVDD power supplies (3V to 5.5V) and provides screw terminals for easy access to analog inputs and outputs. It is designed for evaluating the AMC1303, AMC1306, and AMC1336 devices, which are 1-bit modulators with a silicon dioxide isolation barrier. The EVM allows for high-resolution measurement applications, with analog input ranges of ±250mV for AMC1303 and AMC1306, and ±1V for AMC1336. The digital interface includes DOUT and clock signals, with the AMC1303 providing an internal clock and the AMC1306 and AMC1336 requiring an external clock (5MHz to 20MHz).
