CC1020RUZ [Rochester]

The CC1020 is a true single-chip UHF transceiver designed for very low-power and very low-voltage wireless applications. It is intended for ISM and SRD frequency bands at 402-470 MHz and 804-960 MHz, and can be programmed for multichannel operation. The device is suited for narrow-band systems with 12.5 or 25 kHz channel spacing complying with ARIB STD-T67 and EN300220. Main operating parameters are programmable via serial bus, making it flexible and easy to use. It typically works with a microcontroller and few external passive components.
