CDC5801DBQR [Texas Instruments]

The CDC5801 device provides clock multiplication and division from a single-ended reference clock (REFCLK) to a differential output pair (CLKOUT/CLKOUTB). It supports frequency multiplication ratios of 4, 6, and 8 with input frequency range from 19 MHz to 125 MHz, generating output frequencies from 150 MHz to 500 MHz. It also supports division ratios of 2, 3, and 4 with input frequency range from 50 MHz to 125 MHz, generating output frequencies from 12.5 MHz to 62.5 MHz. The device features programmable bidirectional delay with 2.6 mUI steps, phase alignment capability, and low jitter performance. It accepts LVCMOS, LVTTL, and other single-ended signal levels at the REFCLK terminal by programming the VREF voltage level. The device operates in three power modes to minimize consumption and is packaged in a Shrink Small-Outline Package (DBQ).
