The CLC5644 is a quad, current feedback operational amplifier optimized for cost-sensitive applications requiring high performance with low power dissipation. It offers excellent performance vs. power tradeoff with 170MHz small signal bandwidth while dissipating only 25mW. Key features include 1000V/µs slew rate, 2.5mA/channel supply current, -72dBc HD2/-79dBc HD3 distortion at 5MHz, 0.04% differential gain/0.07° phase, 70mA output current, and 16ns settling time to 0.1%.
