PTH05010YAH [Texas Instruments]

The PTHxx010Y series are non-isolated switching regulator modules that provide VTT bus termination output for DDR and QDR memory applications. They operate from 3.3-V, 5-V, or 12-V input and generate a VTT output that tracks the VREF input, capable of sourcing or sinking up to 15 A of current (12 A for 12-V input). The modules feature efficiencies up to 91%, output overcurrent protection, on/off inhibit for standby power savings, undervoltage lockout, and remote sense for tight load regulation. They are available in small form factor (1.37 in × 0.62 in) with through-hole and surface mount options, offering high power density (62W/in³) and are POLA compatible.
