The OP123 and OP124 are 935nm GaAs infrared emitters with high power output, while OP223 and OP224 are 890nm GaAlAs emitters offering higher power output than GaAs at equivalent drive currents. All devices feature hermetically sealed 'pill' packages with enhanced temperature range, designed for direct mounting to PCBoards. The GaAlAs devices provide narrow irradiance pattern with high on-axis intensity for excellent coupling efficiency and are wavelength-matched to silicon's peak response. Small package size enables high device density mounting. All LEDs are mechanically and spectrally matched to OP300, OP600, and OP640 series devices.
