The OP123 and OP124 are 935 nm gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes with high power output and enhanced temperature range. The OP223 and OP224 are 890 nm gallium aluminum arsenide diodes featuring narrow irradiance patterns, high on-axis intensity, and higher power output than GaAs at equivalent drive currents. All devices are hermetically sealed, designed for direct PC board mounting, and spectrally matched to OP300/OP600/OP640 series. They offer excellent coupling efficiency with silicon's peak response and enable high-density mounting.
