OP265AC [TT Electronics]

The OP265FAA series features high-intensity GaAIAs infrared emitting diodes in a T-1 (3 mm) package with a dome lens. These diodes offer a narrow irradiance pattern, higher power output than GaAs at equivalent drive currents, and a peak wavelength of 850 nm. The small package size makes them ideal for space-limited applications. They are mechanically and spectrally matched to other OPTEK products like the OP505 and OP535 series.
