The OP950 Series consists of PIN silicon photodiodes in an epoxy package with spectral response from visible to infrared wavelengths. They feature linear response vs. irradiance, fast switching, and a side-looker package. The OP950 has a 95° wide receiving angle, the OP954 has a 128° very wide receiving angle, and the OP955 has a 95° wide receiving angle with a recessed lens (45° acceptance half-angle). The devices are mechanically and spectrally matched to OPTEK's GaAs and GaAiAs infrared emitters.
