The OPI125, OPI126, and OPI128 are optically coupled isolators featuring a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled to a monolithic integrated circuit containing a photodiode, linear amplifier, and Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip. They provide TTL/LSTTL compatible logic level output capable of driving up to 8 TTL loads directly without additional circuitry. These devices offer medium-speed data rates up to 250 KBit/s with typical rise and fall times of 70 nanoseconds. They feature hermetically sealed construction for maximum long-term stability and provide 15 kV dc input-to-output isolation. Available with TX-TXV processing.
