    The IS31FL3731 is an I2C-controlled PWM LED driver for 16x9 charlieplexed grids. It operates from 2.7-5.5V, allowing compatibility with 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers. Each LED can be individually controlled via PWM for brightness adjustment. The chip supports up to 4 devices on the same I2C bus through address configuration and includes 8 frames of display memory for animation sequences. It features shutdown control, audio input for display modulation, and an interrupt output for animation modes. The driver is designed for use with LED matrices and supports Adafruit_GFX library for graphics rendering.
