The FT51A is an advanced microcontroller with an 8051 compatible core, featuring 8KB data memory, 16KB multi-time programmable (MTP) memory, and 16KB shadow memory. It integrates USB 2.0 full-speed hub and device controllers, supports DMA, I2C, SPI, and provides a 245 FIFO module. The device includes timers, watchdog, PWM, and up to 16 digital IO pins and 16 multiplexed analog/digital IO pins with ADC/DAC support. It operates from a single 5V supply with internal 3.3V/1.8V LDO regulators, and has low power consumption. The device is available in multiple package options and is RoHS compliant.
