HI-8201PSIF [Unknown]

HI-8201PSIF Overview

Packed in 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 20 terminations totally. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 3.3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NC switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. This digital multiplexer has 10Ohm internal resistance. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 3V~5.5V. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output.
