    The MAAM-011109 is a wideband RF amplifier operating from 10 MHz to 40 GHz with 13 dB gain and +18 dBm output power. It features 50 Ω input/output matching, dual DC supplies (+5 V, 190 mA and –5 V, <1 mA), integrated bias choke, DC blocking, and bypass capacitors. Additional features include a gate bias adjust pin for current setting, a gain trim control pin for 15 dB gain control, and a temperature compensated detector pin for output power monitoring. The device is housed in a lead-free 5 mm 9-lead LGA package and is RoHS compliant.
