The VM800C is a development module based on the FTDI FT800 Embedded Video Engine. It acts as an SPI slave and requires an SPI master for interfacing. The module supports 3 different LCD panel sizes (3.5", 4.3", 5.0"), with options for resistive touch display or without display. It features on-board LCD backlight LED driver, mono audio output, audio power amplifier, and flexible power supply via 2.1mm jack, SPI connector, or USB Micro-B. The board is credit card sized (85.6 x 54.1 mm) and includes 5V tolerant buffers for 5V SPI master.
