DG308BDY-E3 [Vishay]

The DG308B and DG309B are quad single-pole single-throw analog switches. They are improved versions of the industry-standard DG308A and DG309, fabricated in a proprietary silicon gate CMOS process. Key features include low on-resistance (45 Ω typical), low leakage (20 pA), fast switching (<200 ns), and low charge injection (1 pC). They support ±22 V supply voltage and can operate with single supply. The devices are designed for a wide variety of applications in telecommunications, instrumentation, process control, and computer peripherals. An improved charge injection compensation design minimizes switching transients. The DG308B is normally open, and DG309B is normally closed.
