DG418DY [Maxim]

The DG417 series is built on Vishay Siliconix's high voltage silicon gate (HVSG) process to achieve high-voltage ratings and superior switching performance. These switches feature low on-resistance (20 Ω typical), fast switching (100 ns), ultra low power dissipation (35 nW), and are available in MiniDIP and SOIC packages. They are TTL and CMOS compatible, with a 44 V supply maximum rating. The DG419 is an SPDT configuration with guaranteed break-before-make switching and an epitaxial layer to prevent latchup. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and blocks up to the power supply level when off. The series offers wide dynamic range, low signal errors and distortion, simple interfacing, reduced board space, and improved reliability.
