DG441LDY [Siliconix]

The DG441L, DG442L are low-voltage CMOS analog switches using BiCMOS wafer fabrication technology, operating on single supply (3V to 12V) or dual supply (±3V to ±6V). They feature high speed (tON: 20ns, tOFF: 12ns), flat RDS(on) over the analog signal range, minimal insertion loss (-3dB at 280MHz), and excellent crosstalk and off-isolation performance (-50dB at 50MHz). Benefits include widest dynamic range, low signal errors and distortion, break-before-make switching action, and simple interfacing. Ideally suited for audio and video signal switching.
