1611L260 [Broadcom]

The 1610/11-Series is a 2.5 Gb/s transmitter optical subassembly designed for small form-factor pluggable transceivers and other optical modules. It integrates a high-speed laser, monitor photodiode, and micro-TEC in a compact metallized ceramic package. Key features include data rates up to 2.7 Gb/s, operation up to 200 km, +6 dBm typical optical output power, selectable wavelengths on ITU-T grid (C and L band), suitability for 100GHz channel spacing DWDM systems, temperature stabilization with partially cooled mode, low power consumption (<0.2W), and availability in LC receptacle or pigtailed versions.
