The SPFEIM100_G is a highly integrated 8-pin optical transceiver for Fast Ethernet, featuring a CMOS IC with integrated photodiode and LED for transmitting and receiving up to 125Mbit/s optical data. It supports data rates up to 100Mbit/s (125MBaud), operates at 3.3V, and has a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The device includes EMI shielding, a bare fiber header for Plastic Optical Fiber (POF), and a green package (lead-free and halogen-free). It uses a 650nm LED with integrated driving circuit and ensures no light toggling at no input signals.
