9240CB-F [MAXLINEAR]

The XR9240 Compression and Security Coprocessor provides up to 40 gigabits/sec of simultaneous compression, encryption, and hashing while supporting up to 40,000 operations/sec of RSA (2048-bit key size). It integrates an 8-lane PCI Express 3.0 host interface and a 40 gigabit/sec Interlaken interface, offloading CPU-intensive algorithms from the host. The device features a pipelined hardware state machine architecture allowing simultaneous maximum performance for compression, encryption, hashing, and public key engines. It includes a user-friendly SDK and supports virtualized environments with up to 128 virtual functions.
