PC81510NSZ0F [SHARP]

The PC81510NSZ0F is a low input current photocoupler that uses an IRED optically coupled to a Darlington phototransistor. It is designed for high isolation applications and comes in a 4-pin DIP package with double transfer mold for ideal flow soldering. Key features include low input drive current (0.5mA), high collector current transfer ratio (min 600% at 0.5mA, 2V), and high isolation voltage (5.0kV). The device is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
