TS420-600B [STMicroelectronics]

TS420-600B Overview

Currents with RMS currents are defined as currents with an average strength, regardless of their direction, and they are measured by their RMS current (Irms).Diodes have a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) which expresses the maximum amount of voltage they can withstand in reverse-bias mode.Holding current (hypostatic) is the minimum amount of current that passes through a circuit to remain in an 'ON' state, and it may be 5mA.

TS420-600B Features

its RMS current (Irms) is 4A
