TS820-700B-TR [STMicroelectronics]

TS820-700B-TR Overview

The rated average current (A) is the maximum repetition average forward current that can pass through the SCR, and it is 5.When the device is operating normally, the peak on-state voltage (V) should equal [email protected] are rated for surge current for a limited period during their life span, and their surge current rating is 73.This is the voltage of the repetitive peak reverse voltage, which includes all repetitive transients.
