PT6441N [Texas Instruments]

The PT6440 Excalibur™ power modules are high-performance Integrated Switching Regulators (ISRs) housed in a thermally efficient solderable copper case. They operate from input voltages as low as 3.1V to produce a high-output low-voltage power source, ideal for powering DSPs and microprocessors. The series includes standard output bus voltages as low as 1.0VDC. Features include external output voltage adjustment, On/Off inhibit, short-circuit protection, and a small footprint (0.61 in²). Both through-hole and surface mount configurations are available. Requires 100µF input and 330µF output capacitors for proper operation.
