628A152LF [BI Technologies]

The Model 628 Series consists of thick film surface mount resistor networks in a small outline (0.220") dual-in-line package. Available in isolated (A), bussed (B), and dual terminator (J) circuits, these networks feature gull wing leads made of 96-96.5% Sn, 3.5-4% Ag on an alumina substrate with cermet resistors and epoxy body. They offer a resistance range from 10Ω to 1MΩ (including 0Ω jumper), standard tolerance ±2% (optional ±1%), TCR ±100ppm/°C (±250ppm/°C for <100Ω), tracking TCR ±50ppm/°C, and maximum operating voltage of 50Vdc or √PR. The devices are RoHS compliant and meet environmental standards including thermal shock, moisture resistance, mechanical shock, and load life testing.
