In 1988, Kycon began operations. To offer cost effective interconnect solutions of the highest quality and with the excellent delivery record is our goal. Kycon was headquartered in Morgan Hill, California. We set up the sales representatives and distributors in North America, Europe, and Asia. Our vision is to meet the satisfaction of our customers. In 1988, Kycon initially started supplying D-sub connectors. After years of development, our product lines have expanded to contain not only modular jacks, mini-dins, audio jacks, DC power connectors, USB, IEEE 1394, HDMI™, and optical audio, but also custom cable assemblies. We focus on offering the most extensive range of connectors within each product line. Kycon is a global leader in introducing newer technologies within existing lines. Kycon is the first to introduce ferrite filters, PC99, high-temperature plastics on through-hole components, and insert molded contacts for HDMI™ ahead of the competition.
