They feature wiper-on-wiper contacts for reliable repetitive plugging and solder tails that require no special tooling. Available in 50, 68, and 100 contact positions. The connectors have a current rating of 1 A, insulation resistance > 5×10^8 Ω at 500 V DC, and can withstand 500 V for 1 minute RMS. They operate in a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C. The body is made of zinc alloy with nickel plating, and the shroud is steel with nickel plating. The insulation material is glass reinforced polyester (PCT for body, LCP for insert mold) with UL 94V-0 flammability rating.
