It provides up to 3 hours of fire protection, bonds to most substrates including gypsum, concrete, metals, wood, and plastic, and minimizes sound transfer with an STC rating of 54. Features include sag resistance, halogen-free composition, excellent adhesion, re-enterable/repairable properties, excellent caulk rate, paintability, water clean-up, and FBC™ System Compatibility. It meets LEED® NC-EQ Credit 4.1 intent and contains <250 g/L VOC.
