The 3M™ Wiremount Plug 4600 Series is a .100" × .100" spacing connector designed for .050" pitch cables. It features shrouded pins to prevent physical and chemical damage, accepts both flat cable and discrete wire (26-28 AWG), and offers optional components including open/closed end covers, ejector latches, mounting flanges, and metal strain relief. Polarization options include military (with 3518 key) and centerbump. The connector uses glass-filled polyester (PBT) insulation and copper alloy contacts with nickel/gold plating. It provides 1A current rating, >1×10⁹Ω insulation resistance, and 1,000V RMS withstand voltage. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C. RoHS compliant.
