    CZ-3A03 is an open-type current sensor using Hall sensors with Group III-V semiconductor thin film for high-accuracy and high-speed current sensing. It features coreless ultra-small surface mount package for space-saving, low primary conductor resistance (0.27mΩ Typ.) suppressing heat generation to achieve 50A continuous current, built-in stray magnetic field reduction function to suppress disturbed magnetic field effects, and dual overcurrent detection function. The device is UL 61800-5-1 safety compliant, suitable for industrial AC drives and servo motors, and designed for input to 3.3V AD converters. The CZ-3A0x series offers linear measurement ranges from ±12.9A to ±129.1A, enabling consistent board design across different current ratings.
