    The HW-109A is an Indium Antimonide (InSb) Hall Element. It features a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +110°C and storage temperature up to +125°C. The device provides an output Hall voltage ranging from 168 mV to 320 mV under constant voltage drive (B=50mT, Vc=1V). It has input and output resistance in the range of 250 to 450 Ω. The offset voltage is within ±7 mV. The temperature coefficients of Hall voltage and input resistance are both -1.8 %/°C. The device is packaged in tape and reel with 5,000 pieces per reel.
