ACFM-2013-SG1 [Broadcom]

The ACFM-2013 is a quadplexer that combines Band 1 and Band 3 duplexers into a single miniature package using Avago Technologies' film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) technology and microcap bonded-wafer chip scale packaging. It features a single antenna connection eliminating the need for antenna switching, with high isolation between bands enabling carrier aggregation. The device offers low Tx insertion loss to reduce power amplifier current and extend battery life, while low Rx insertion loss and high Tx signal rejection enhance receiver sensitivity and dynamic range. Excellent power handling capability supports high power levels used in mobile communications while adding virtually no distortion. The package has a footprint of only 3.6 mm × 2 mm with a maximum height of 0.80 mm.
