HCPL-573K-100 [Hewlett Packard]

These are single, dual, and quad channel hermetically sealed optocouplers designed for operation and storage over the full military temperature range (-55°C to +125°C). They feature a GaAsP LED optically coupled to a high-gain photon detector with an open collector output for lower saturation voltage and higher speed. The devices require low input current (0.5 mA typical) and offer high current transfer ratio (1500% typical), making them ideal for low-power applications. They are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line and are available in various package configurations with MIL-PRF-38534 Class H or K testing options.
