The HCPL-193X series are dual-channel, hermetically sealed, high common-mode rejection (CMR) line receiver optocouplers. They are designed for military and high-reliability applications, operating over the full military temperature range (-55°C to +125°C). The devices are available as standard products or with MIL-PRF-38534 Class H or K testing, and are compliant with DSCC Standard Microcircuit Drawing 5962-89572. Key features include high speed (10 Mb/s), adaptive line termination, internal shield for excellent common mode rejection, and compatibility with HCPL-2602.
