    The ELT304X, ELT306X and ELT308X series are 4-pin DIP zero-cross triac driver photocouplers. They consist of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon zero voltage crossing photo triac. Key features include peak breakdown voltages of 400V (ELT304X), 600V (ELT306X), and 800V (ELT308X), high isolation voltage (5000 Vrms), zero voltage crossing, and RoHS compliance. They are approved by UL, cUL, VDE, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, and FIMKO. Designed for use with discrete power triacs in logic system interfaces for 110-380 VAC equipment, including solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances.
