    The IRM-26xx series are miniaturized infrared remote-control receivers featuring a PIN diode and preamplifier assembled on a lead frame with an epoxy package designed as an IR filter. They offer high protection against EMI, high immunity to ambient light, and long reception distance. The modules are low voltage, low power, and compatible with TTL and CMOS. They support various carrier frequencies and are Pb free and RoHS compliant. The demodulated output can be directly decoded by a microprocessor.
