IRM-36xxT series features photo detector and preamplifier in one package with internal filter for PCM frequency. It offers improved inner shielding against electrical field disturbance, TTL and CMOS compatibility, low power consumption, and enhanced immunity against ambient light. Suitable for burst lengths ≥10 cycles/burst, the device uses BiCMOS IC technology with ESD protection (HBM>4000V, MM>250V) and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant. The demodulated output signal can be directly decoded by a microprocessor, supporting all major transmission codes.
