The GD25LQ80C is an 8M-bit (1024K-byte) serial flash memory supporting standard SPI, dual SPI, and quad SPI interfaces. It features fast read speeds up to 104MHz with 30pF load, and data transfer rates up to 208Mbits/s (dual I/O) and 416Mbits/s (quad I/O). The device has a flexible architecture with uniform 4K-byte sectors and 32/64K-byte blocks, supports erase/program suspend/resume, and offers low power consumption with 9uA typical standby current and 1uA power-down current. Advanced security features include a 128-bit unique ID and three 512-byte security registers with OTP lock. It operates over a single 1.65V to 2.1V supply and is available in multiple package options.
