GD25Q40CSIG [GigaDevice]

The GD25Q40C is a 4M-bit (512K-byte) serial flash memory with 256-byte per programmable page. It supports standard SPI, dual SPI, and quad SPI interfaces with a maximum clock frequency of 120MHz. The device features fast program/erase speeds (page program: 0.6ms, sector erase: 45ms), flexible architecture with uniform 4K-byte sectors and 32/64K-byte blocks, low power consumption (1μA deep power down and standby currents), software and hardware write protection, advanced security features including a 128-bit unique ID and 4 security registers, and a single power supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V. It allows execute-in-place (XIP) operation and has a minimum 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
