These devices are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, Vcc bus and other vulnerable circuits used in automotive, industrial and consumer electronic applications. Features include RoHS compliance, 17.0 to 280 Volts operation, uni-directional and bi-directional options, glass passivated junction, 15000W peak pulse power capability on 10/1000µs waveform, excellent clamping capability, repetition rate (duty cycle) of 0.05%, low incremental surge resistance, fast response time (typically less than 1.0ps from 0 Volts to BV, Bidirectional less than 10ns), and high temperature soldering guaranteed at 265˚C/10 seconds/.375", (9.5mm) lead length with 51bs.(2.3kg) tension.
