The KH600 is a 1GHz differential input/output amplifier constructed using Cadeka's in-house thin film resistor/bipolar transistor technology. It features DC-1GHz bandwidth, fixed 14dB gain, 100Ω differential inputs and outputs, -74/-64dBc 2nd/3rd harmonic distortion at 50MHz, 45mA output current, 9Vpp output voltage swing into 100Ω differential load, and 13,000V/µs slew rate. It also offers optional supply current and offset voltage adjustments. The device is available in a 12-pin TO-8 package.
