They operate from a supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V (±1.25 to ±2.75) and consume only 208μA of supply current. The amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output (input extends 300mV below negative rail and 1.2V below positive rail). Key performance includes 35MHz small signal bandwidth (at 5V), 27V/μs slew rate, 21nV/√Hz input voltage noise, and 13mA linear output current. They are fully specified at 2.7V and 5V supplies and are ideal for battery-powered communication and computing systems.
