The XRP6668 is a dual-channel synchronous step-down converter with 1.5MHz PWM current-mode control, reducing component count and solution footprint while providing low output voltage ripple and excellent line/load regulation. It features PFM mode for light-load efficiency and 100% duty cycle LDO mode. Output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V with ±3% accuracy. The device includes over-temperature and under-voltage lock-out protections, low quiescent current (30µA), and internal compensation. Offered in RoHS-compliant, halogen-free 8-pin exposed pad SOIC package.
