1N4736AP/TR12 [Microchip]

The 1N4728AP thru 1N4764AP series are 1.0 watt Zener diodes for voltage regulation, available in 3.3 to 100 volts with 5% tolerance (tighter tolerances available). They are plastic encapsulated, moisture classified as Level 1, and available in military screening levels. The plastic molded version (P suffix) has lower thermal resistance than glass-body. RoHS compliant versions (e3 suffix) are available. Features include JEDEC registration, extensive voltage selection, military screening options, surface mount equivalents, and non-sensitivity to ESD.
