24C02CT/ST [Microchip]

The 24C02C is a 2-Kbit EEPROM organized as 256x8-bit memory with a two-wire serial interface (I2C compatible). It operates from 4.5V to 5.5V and features low-power CMOS technology with maximum standby current of 5µA and read current of 1mA. The device supports cascading of up to eight devices on the same bus, has Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression, and includes hardware write-protect for the upper half of the array. It offers fast page or byte write time of 1ms typical, self-timed erase/write cycles, and high reliability with over 1 million erase/write cycles and data retention exceeding 200 years. The device is available in multiple package types and is RoHS compliant.
